Cupcake Cookies

Okay...so they're really just Cake Mix Cookies, but I thought Cupcake Cookies sounded cuter. Our church is having their annual Extravaganza, a fall festival, and asked members of the congregation to make cookies to sale as part of the fund raiser for the school that the church operates.

I had managed to snag several boxes of cake mix on sale recently and decided to make these yummy little snacks. After calling my Mom for the recipe I pulled out the ingredients and got to work. While Camden was napping I mixed together three different batches of cookies with the simple ingredients needed.

In a little over an hour later I had chocolate, strawberry and vanilla cupcake cookies. Of course I had to taste one (okay, a few) to make sure that they were as delicious as they looked.
Yummy! Yummy! (If I do say so myself)

Camden even had the pleasure of enjoying a cookie for his afternoon snack. Call me crazy...but I think he liked it?

CUPCAKE COOKIES:
1 Box-any flavor cake mix
1 tbs-milk or water
1 tbs-oil
1-egg

Mix all ingredients together. (The mixture will be slightly dry)
Once ingredients are mixed, roll pieces of dough into desired size cookies. Place approximately 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
